53a1 Terms and Conditions: Clear Rules for You

1Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an active account at 53a1, the user must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Reside within Brazilian national territory;
• Not be enrolled in an active self-exclusion program at 53a1 or with another licensed operator;
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of 53a1 or its core technology providers.

Registration requires the correct entry of your full legal name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and retention of pending balances, subject to review by the compliance team at 53a1.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 53a1. The identification of multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or payment method will result in the closure of duplicate accounts. The balance of the primary account may be retained upon identity verification; balances from secondary accounts may be canceled.

By completing registration and accepting these terms, the user expressly declares that all information provided is accurate, that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that they will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

2Platform Use

The 53a1 is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other game types available in the platform's catalog. Use is permitted exclusively for personal and individual entertainment purposes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the platform:

• Using scripts, bots, automated tools, or any third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Placing bets with the intent to manipulate outcomes in coordination with other users (match fixing);
• Attempting to abuse promotions through multiple registrations, shared accounts, or other fraudulent practices;
• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal activity under Brazilian law;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Using a VPN or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or security restrictions.

The 53a1 reserves the right to monitor the betting behavior of all users to identify suspicious patterns. If there is well-founded suspicion of fraud or abuse, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation, with notice sent to the user and a window provided for clarification.

Access to the platform is provided "as is". The 53a1 performs scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt access — in such cases, open bets are preserved and users are notified in advance whenever possible.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All amounts transacted on 53a1 are denominated in BRL (R$), Brazil's official currency. No other currency is accepted for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

Withdrawals at 53a1 are processed exclusively to accounts and Pix keys registered in the name of the account holder on the platform, with a matching CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of family relationship or power of attorney.

For withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00, additional identity verification may be required — submission of a photo ID and selfie. Once verification is approved, withdrawals of any amount are processed without further restrictions. The verification review period is up to 24 hours, with most cases resolved within 2 to 4 hours.

The 53a1 reserves the right to request proof of funds for deposits above R$ 10,000.00, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation. Deposits that do not meet this requirement may be reversed to the original payment method.

Deposits made via boleto bancário that are not processed within the document's validity period (generally 3 business days) are automatically canceled, with no credit issued to the account at 53a1.

4Betting Rules

All bets placed on 53a1 are binding at the moment of confirmation by the user. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted, except in the cases described below:

• Bets on events that are cancelled or definitively postponed by the organizing body — the staked amount is refunded in full to the account balance;
• Bets on events postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time — the stake is refunded, unless the user chooses to keep the bet for the new time;
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error on the platform — a 53a1 reserves the right to cancel and refund those bets, with notice sent to the user.

Betting markets are settled according to the rules of the organizing body for each competition. For full-time result (1X2) bets in football, settlement is based on the standard 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties, unless the market explicitly states otherwise.

Parlay bets (multiple selections on the same ticket) have their odds calculated by multiplying the individual odds together. If one or more selections on the ticket are cancelled for any reason, the cancelled odds are replaced by 1.0 (neutral) and the ticket remains valid with the remaining selections.

The 53a1 may limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or for certain user profiles based on risk analysis. These limits will be displayed on the betting screen prior to confirmation.

It is the user's responsibility to verify the selected market, the stake amount, and the odds before confirming any bet. The 53a1 is not liable for bets confirmed by mistake on the part of the user.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 53a1 offers bonuses and promotions as a way to enhance the user experience on the platform. All bonuses have specific conditions that must be met before any amount can be withdrawn. These conditions are always published prior to bonus activation.

The welcome bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit via Pix, boleto, or card is confirmed — no promo code required. The bonus amount is credited to the bonus wallet, which is separate from the real-money balance. The real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time with no restrictions; the bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the rollover conditions have been met.

For rollover purposes, only bets with odds equal to or above the minimum stipulated for each promotion are counted. Bets with odds below the minimum, cancelled bets, or bets covering both sides of the same market (arbitrage) do not count toward the rollover and may result in bonus cancellation.

The 53a1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings obtained through bonuses in cases of abuse, multiple registrations to claim welcome bonuses, or any other conduct that constitutes misuse of promotions.

Unused bonuses expire automatically after the stipulated period. Expired bonuses are not reactivated or compensated in any way. Users can check their bonus status and rollover progress in the "Promotions" section of their profile on 53a1.

6Casino & Games

The online casino at 53a1 offers slots from certified providers, live dealer table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), crash games, and other entertainment titles. All games available on the platform use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits.

The Return to Player (RTP) rates for each slot are provided by the respective supplier and are available in the game information section. The average RTP for slots at 53a1 is above 95%, but the outcome of each round is independent and unpredictable — the RTP is a statistical average calculated over millions of rounds, not a guaranteed return per individual session.

8Security & Identity Verification

The 53a1 implements technical and operational measures to ensure the security of all users' accounts and transactions. The identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) is carried out according to the following criteria:

The 53a1 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools on the platform;

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the 53a1 may place a hold on the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be cancelled depending on the severity of the breach. The user will be notified of the investigation outcome by email.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be automatically closed. The user will be notified by email 30 days in advance, with the opportunity to reactivate the account before automatic closure.

10Limitation of Liability

The 53a1 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user. Betting involves the risk of loss, and it is the user's responsibility to define their strategy and manage their bankroll.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party technical failures (such as casino providers or payment gateways), and infrastructure outages may temporarily affect access. In all such cases, the 53a1 is committed to notifying affected users and ensuring that open bets are not impacted.

The 53a1 is not liable for platform access failures caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection, nor for bets the user claims to have attempted but was unable to confirm due to technical reasons outside the platform's control.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or incorrect bet settlement, 53a1 will correct the error and notify affected users. The platform's maximum liability in any individual case is limited to the amount staked by the user in the transaction that gave rise to the error.

11Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute between the user and 53a1 that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be referred to the court of the user's place of residence, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

The 53a1 operates in compliance with Law No. 14,790/2023 (Brazil's fixed-odds betting regulatory framework) and other regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and the relevant regulatory authority. All required regulatory adaptations will be implemented within the legally established deadlines.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses stay in full force. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the rest of the document.

The omission of 53a1 in exercising any right provided for in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right for future use.
